ORIENTAL NOODLE SALAD
2 pk (Ramen) Oriental Noodle soup mix
2/3 cup oil
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 1/2 cups sliced or grated cabbage, with some carrot added
chopped celery
chopped red pepper
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1 pk (200 grams) slivered toasted almonds
1. Break up dried noodles in bowl.
2. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, seasoning packs from soup. Pour over
noodles and let sit for few minutes. (if can't get noodles soft, heat
until soft then cool.)
3. Add chopped vegetables and rest of ingredients and refrigerate.
